Brooke French received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, Ms. French received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Spanish from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 2000. She was elected as the Editor-in-Chief of Concordiensis, the Union College Newspaper, during her junior and senior years. Ms. French currently serves as an alumni interviewer for Union College and participates in the Union College Alumni Club of Atlanta.
Ms. French is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Her pro bono work is dedicated to the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Fulton County Family Law Information Center.
Ms. French is also trained as a Guardian ad Litem for both Fulton and Cobb County cases.
Prior to joining Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle, LLC, Ms. French practiced with Weinstock & Scavo, P.C. and Lawler Green Givelber & Prinz, LLC. She represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations litigation, including: divorce, separate maintenance, child custody and support modifications, contempt, post-divorce modification and enforcement, family violence, paternity, and legitimation and prenuptial agreements. She has tried both jury and bench trials.
Originally from Massachusetts, Ms. French lives in Atlanta with her husband.
